Assistant Librarian - Briarwood College, Southington

Assistant Librarian - The Anthony A. Pupillo Library, Briarwood College has an immediate opening for a part-time Assistant Librarian. This position is 24.5 hours per week. The schedule is Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 3:30-9:30, Fridays, 1:30-6:00, and Saturdays, 10:00-6:00. Person may be required to substitute on Sunday, Monday and/or Tuesday evenings. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and possess excellent computer and customer service skills. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: circulation and reference services, library orientation, and supervision of student workers. Qualifications: 12 credits from an ALA-accredited MLS program, plus one year of library experience.
