The West Hartford Public Library, located in a vibrant and engaged community that celebrates diversity and maintains a welcoming atmosphere to all visitors, seeks an outgoing and enthusiastic Teen Library Specialist with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing services to teens ages 13-18.
The preferred candidate will work with intellectually curious, creative, and social-minded teens who enjoy gaming, crafting, and planning and participating in community service projects. This position’s primary duties involve programming and outreach.
This is a part-time position with a regular schedule of Monday and Tuesday evenings and 1 Saturday per month (11-19 hours per week).
