The Edith Wheeler Memorial Library is seeking an energetic, friendly, customer-service oriented individual to join our team, part-time, approximately 16 hours a week and two, possibly three, Saturdays per month in the Circulation Department. The ability to substitute additional shifts is essential.
Must be comfortable with technology and able to perform a wide variety of library tasks. Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective people skills, familiarity with automated integrated systems, and experience working in a public library preferred. Salary: $16.94, consistent with CT State Labor Law minimum wage. No benefits. The position closes on September 22, 2026.
