Job Summary:
Plans, organizes, and supervises the activities of the Borrower Services department. Leads a team of 2 full-time and 16+ part-time staff members. Serves as a role model for assisting library patrons in the use of library services, facilities, and equipment. Interprets library policies for patrons. Coordinates activities with other department heads. Reports to the Library Director.
