Wilson Branch Library in the Hill community of New Haven is seeking a part-time Library Aide. If you are considering a career in Library Science, this position is an excellent opportunity to begin getting hands-on experience. This is a paraprofessional position that involves clerical, materials processing, technology support and circulation tasks, and other standard library routines such as shelving, registration, and orientation of patrons to collections and services.
Schedule of work is 19 hours per week, may include evening and weekend hours, at Wilson Branch or our other locations. All Library positions serve a diverse population, including a substantial Spanish-speaking community. English/Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
