We’re currently seeking 2 part-time Adult Services Librarians to help staff our Information Desk, create in our Innovators’ Workshop Makerspace, assist with planning and facilitating programs, and create promotions and publicity. This position is a great way to gain experience in many aspects of library operations. Candidates should be enthusiastic, tech savvy, self-motivated, curious learners who are committed to excellent customer service, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of humor.
Candidates must have an MLIS or equivalent degree from an ALA accredited program or be able to obtain their MLIS degree within one year from date of hire. This is an unaffiliated position, 8-16 hours/week, including some weekdays, an evening, and a weekend rotation with an hourly rate of $33.47/hour.
