New Canaan Library is seeking a dynamic and community-focused full-time (35 hours per week) Reference and Instruction Librarian to join our team. This role offers exceptional opportunities to deliver outstanding reference service, create programming that inspires lifelong learning and community connection, and develop collections that reflect the evolving needs of our adult community. The ideal candidate should be a team player who is passionate about providing high-quality reference services, community outreach, and meeting the technology and information needs of our community. Salary: $62,250 with excellent benefits, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Generous Sick and Vacation Leave, and Optional 403b. BA required. Preference for MLIS degree.
