Greenwich Library seeks an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join Children’s Services as a Library Technical Assistant (LTA). This part-time position is 15 hours per week, including one evening and one Saturday in a three-week rotation. $20.00/hour.
We are looking for a friendly face to youth and their grown-ups, someone who serves with laughter, kindness, and a love of all things kid. A willingness to dress up as a book character is especially welcome and encouraged!
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a passion for public service, a solid knowledge of children’s literature, and experience working with youth—specifically those from birth through age 12. You’ll be joining a collaborative and creative team of children’s librarians dedicated to providing excellent service with heart.
