The James Blackstone Memorial Library is seeking a skilled and self-motivated part-time Facilities Manager to join our team. The Blackstone Library is an architectural gem located in Branford, CT, a shoreline town of 28,000 residents.
As part-time Facilities Manager, you will oversee library’s building and grounds. This includes managing and coordinating the work of external vendors and contracts, building and equipment maintenance and repairs, and providing regular updates to the Business Manager and Library Director.
Hours: 25 hours per week, part-time. Preferred hours are afternoons/evenings, with some mornings and weekends possible. Hourly rate is $22-$25, depending on experience. Complete job description is available here.
