Job Description: Plan, implement, publicize, execute Adult Services programs, including book discussions, and educational and recreational programs. Evaluate and monitor adult collections; purchase adult materials. Provide reference, technology and reader’s advisory services to patrons. Serve as Notary Public. Staff the information desk or other public desks as needed. Undertake special projects related to Adult Services. Work with community agencies and organizations serving adults to provide services as needed. Attend professional meetings, workshops and conferences; maintain membership in professional organizations and participates in their activities. Participates in community outreach as needed. Interpret library policies to the public. Maintain statistical information pertaining to adult services. Perform other duties as required or requested.
20 Hours Per Week, includes some evenings and weekends.
$28 per hour.
