We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Borrower Services to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional service to our patrons.
Position Summary: The Head of Borrower Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Borrower Services Department, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role involves managing staff, developing and implementing schedules, policies, and procedures, and enhancing the user experience for library patrons. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, library services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
