Salary Range: $61,796-$92,427

Position Summary: Oversees Technology in all library departments. Performs professional library duties in the fields of reference and bibliographic instruction. Coordinates the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of all library technology, including software, computer equipment, and network; maintains the library website. Coordinates technology training of library staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiarity with integrated library systems and website development and maintenance. The ability to evaluate changes in technology as a part of future planning. The ability to apply principles of library science to solve practical problems where only limited standardization exists is required. Must be able to relate to patrons and have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with library staff.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Library Science and at least one year of experience in recent library experience. A working knowledge of all library functions including reference tools and techniques, computer applications for library services, and library administrative procedures. A strong working knowledge of computer applications, networks, and technical equipment applicable to library operations. Experience managing a website.
Preferred: Working knowledge of WordPress.
License or Certificate: Valid Driver’s License.
