REPORTING TO: Associate Director, Programs and Events

Position Summary: In line with our dedication to innovative programming, the Westport Library is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Coordinator, Program, Production and Life-long learning. You will play a key role in developing and managing a wide range of programs and events that inspire and empower our patrons. From maintaining existing programs to introducing exciting new initiatives, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of others.

Education and Experience: Degree from an accredited college/university. 4 years of program development and implementation experience. Proven instructional experience or experience with curriculum-based learning.

Skills and Abilities: Live production experience. Video editing skills. Experience with digital assets. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Knowledge of program best practices and current events. Flexibility and collaboration skills. Hospitality skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to change. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
