SALARY RANGE: The position is a Grade Z-01 with weekly salary limits as follows:
Minimum: $1,998.86
Step 1: $2,057.69
Maximum: $2,158.64

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under general supervision of the Milford Library Board, recommends, develops and implements policies established by the Board of Directors; directs activities of Assistant Director, supervisory staff, employees and volunteers as required; interprets community interests and needs and translates them into appropriate library services for the public.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Library Sciences from an accredited college or university and seven (7) years of progressively responsible library administration experience required including at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity; OR any equivalent combination of education, training and experience as described above.
