The West Hartford Public Library is seeking candidates for a full-time Library Assistant in the Circulation Department. Under general supervision, the ideal candidate will perform a variety of paraprofessional library duties. Job functions include assisting library patrons, circulating library materials, maintaining patron accounts, assisting library staff in day-to-day operations of a busy circulation department, charging and discharging materials, and other responsibilities.
