Position & Organization Overview:
Due to the expansion of services offered to member libraries, LCI is seeking a full-time Systems and User Services Support Librarian to join our growing team. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the Assistant Director for Systems and User Services. The Systems and User Services Support Librarian is responsible for providing support for ILS systems, LCI’s OverDrive program, and LCI managed third-party vendor products, ensuring that efficiency and user satisfaction are maintained.
Library Connection, Inc. is a nonprofit consortium of one academic and 31 public libraries located in Connecticut. We provide expert systems and database management support for a shared integrated library system; resource sharing; group purchasing; and access to a large, shared collection of downloadable e-books, e-audiobooks and digital magazines.
Benefits & Compensation: The hiring salary range is $65,720 - $70,000 depending on experience.
