The Digital Access Navigator will assist community members by sharing resources and providing basic level support to overcome barriers to digital access. The work will be varied and interesting, including items such as: Counseling residents about free or affordable internet service options for which they may qualify and in some cases help them to apply for services they choose. Offering basic one-on-one and small group coaching and assistance with entry-level use of technology and access to public information resources. Participating in community events to promote the library’s digital access program and make connections with potential residents in need.
