President/CEO - New Canaan Library

Due to the retirement of our intrepid leader, New Canaan Library is seeking a President/CEO. Under the direction of the Library’s Board of Trustees, the President/CEO provides strategic, visionary, and inspirational leadership for New Canaan Library. The President/CEO is responsible for leading the organization toward achieving the Library’s vision, mission, and strategic goals by providing highly effective guidance, direction, and support in partnership with the Board of Trustees and library team to develop long-term plans and directions for the Library. The President/CEO functions with a maximum degree of latitude for independent action within the scope of the policy framework set by the Board of Trustees.
