This position will also provide leadership in the development and implementation of Library programming that creates opportunities for intellectual conversation and ideation, a central component of our 5-year strategic plan. They will work with the faculty partnership program librarians to identify programming opportunities and need, develop and implement workshops and events for faculty, staff, and alumni.
The successful candidate will have two or more years of professional academic librarian experience, and be able to meet deadlines and multiple demands. They will also have the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, to a variety of audiences; the ability to interact effectively and work productively, cooperatively, and collaboratively with a variety of individuals and groups across the University; Creative approach to the development of new services and commitment to responsive and innovative service is essential. A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
