The Edith Wheeler Memorial Library is seeking a full-time office assistant (Clerical Union, 35 hours/week, Salary $24.19 to $27.22 /hour). Working under the direction of the Library Director, the responsibilities include A/P, payroll, purchase orders, and general office tasks. Prepares budget and statistical reports monthly. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but will accept a minimum of Associate Degree and three years of progressively responsible secretarial or clerical-administrative/bookkeeping work. Strong attention to detail a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel computerized spreadsheets. Experience with MUNIS a plus. Excellent customer service skills.
