The Ferguson Library provides full-time staff members with a competitive salary, comprehensive and generous package of employee benefits, and programs to encourage staff members to achieve personal and professional growth. This position, Librarian I, is in the collective bargaining unit. The salary range is $67,223 - $85,812 for a 37.5-hour workweek, occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed for programs. The starting salary is commensurate with experience.
