The Beardsley Library in Winsted is
seeking a part time Business Office Assistant. This position reports
directly to the Library Director. The Business Office Assistant is
responsible for providing a range of support to the library, including
bi-weekly payroll processing, accounting in Quickbooks, and budget
preparation in collaboration with the Board treasurer, as well as other
administrative tasks or other duties requested by the director to keep
the library running smoothly.
Experience and prior training in
Quickbooks is a requirement for this position. The ideal candidate will
be familiar with profit & loss reports which must be presented to
the board. This position is not responsible for quarterly reports.
Hours: 15 hours per week
Rate: $18-$22 per hour
