Main Responsibilities: Provide leadership for the overall effective and efficient operation and growth of the library. Recommend, plan, and direct the goals, objectives, and operations of the library. Oversee public relations to inform the public of library resources and promote the library.
Key Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Library Science from an American Library Association accredited school preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three years of library administrative experience and at least one year in a supervisory capacity. Minimum two years experience with budget management.
Salary and Benefits: Salary range $62,000-$73,000, depending on experience. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, pension, paid holidays and sick time.
