New Canaan Library has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time Reference and Instruction Librarian in our brand-new facility slated to open in February 2023! This position within the Reference and Instruction team is responsible for delivery of services located on the Library’s second floor, including reference, technology instruction, business center, public computer center, and study rooms. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about offering top-quality service, identifying and meeting the information needs of our community, and maintaining a responsive collection. Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving workplace with multiple competing priorities will be key attributes as well.
