our exceptional team! The Ridgefield Library in beautiful Ridgefield,
CT seeks a detail-oriented team member with strong database and
communication skills to join our staff as the full-time Development
Assistant. The Development Assistant is responsible for the maintenance
of our extensive Raiser’s Edge donor database, including data/gift
entry and acknowledgement, maintaining the integrity, confidentiality
and accuracy of all donor information, and processing, reconciling and
reporting donation transactions. The Development Assistant reports to
the Development Director. Physical requirements include the ability to
lift up to 40 pounds and the ability to push and pull objects weighing
up to 80 pounds on wheels.
Relevant educational and/or nonprofit
work experience required. Salary range is $43,000-$47,000/year with an
attractive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off,
and 401K retirement savings with a generous organizational match. This
is a full-time position scheduled for 35 hours per week. Must be
available to work a flexible schedule that occasionally includes
