Part–time Library Assistant (Days / Evenings / Weekends) - Granby Public Library, CT

The Granby Public Library is seeking a friendly, service-oriented part-time Library Assistant to work at our busy circulation desks and assist both adult and juvenile patrons with reference, readers’ advisory, & computer help. The ideal candidate will have lots of patience, be tech-savvy, and have problem-solving skills. If you are looking for an opportunity to be part of a team that plays a vital role in the community, then the GPL is for you! Previous customer service experience is desirable, and an appreciation for Libraries is a must. There will be opportunities to work additional hours substituting for other staff when needed.
