you devoted to leading exceptional, responsive reference and
instruction services in a busy community library? New Canaan Library has
an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Manager of Reference
and Instruction in our brand-new facility slated to open in February
2023! This position is responsible for oversight and delivery of
services located on the Library’s second floor, including reference,
technology instruction, business center, public computer center, and
study rooms. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate
about ensuring top-quality service, identifying and meeting the
information needs of our community, and leading and inspiring team
members to hone their skills and talents. Flexibility and the ability to
thrive in a constantly evolving workplace with multiple competing
