Darien
Library seeks a friendly, energetic individual with a genuine passion
for helping others utilize technology. The Technology Help Desk
Assistant works with patrons 1-on-1 to answer basic hardware and
software questions, assist with the use of the Library’s technology, and
provide a warm, welcoming environment for community members who are
utilizing the Library’s spaces. The successful candidate will join a
first-class team of professionals, and provide top-notch customer
service and technology support to Library users.
