Hours: 7-8 hours/week (Tuesday-Friday). Flexible schedule.
$15/hour, no benefits
Responsibilities:
Supports work of the Library Director. Maintains records. Collecting
and counting money; preparing bank deposits. Professionally edits
documents and other correspondence as assigned. Opens and sorts mail.
Prepares packet of documents for library board meetings. Opens Library
book orders and verifies delivery. Processes Library materials for
circulation. Files materials as assigned. Performs other appropriate
duties within the scope of the classification.
Necessary Qualifications:
Some college and relevant work experience required. Excellent writing
skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and including demonstrated
proficiency using Excel. Skills in operation of standard office
equipment and computers. Skills in basic mathematics. Must be able to
demonstrate the organizational and administrative skills necessary to
keep files in order.
