Part-Time Bookkeeper - Howard Whittemore Memorial Library, Naugatuck, CT

Howard Whittemore Memorial Library, Naugatuck is seeking an experienced part-time bookkeeper, 10-12 hours per week, $25/hr. Position requires proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks, accuracy with numbers, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include accounts payable; budgeting; reports; account reconciliation; payroll and benefit recording, and attendance at Board and Town meetings as needed. Minimum of B.A., including accounting courses and two years’ related experience required. Position open until filled.
