Children’s Services Program Coordinator (LTA-III) - The
Ridgefield Library seeks a creative, energetic, focused self-starter
with strong communication and technology skills to join our staff as the
full-time Children’s Services Program Coordinator (Library Technical
Assistant-III). The Children’s Services Program Coordinator supports
the successful operation of the Library by planning, organizing and
executing a wide variety of high quality, diverse programs and classes
for children and offering direct services to children and their
caregivers. The Children’s Services Program Coordinator operates under
the direct supervision of the Children’s Services Department Head.
Physical requirements include ability to lift up to 40 pounds and
ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 80 pounds on wheels.
Bachelor’s degree and two years relevant work experience, or equivalent
combination of relevant education and experience required. Starting
salary is $43,000/year with an attractive benefits package. This is a
full-time position scheduled for 35 hours per week. Must be available to
work a flexible schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends.
