Head of Adult Services (Full Time) - The
Princeton Public Library is seeking someone to lead the Adult Services
department, encouraging lifelong learning and library use by developing,
implementing, evaluating, and promoting library services and programs
for adults. Focuses on customer service, outreach, innovation, and
creating effective policies, procedures, and practices that enhance user
experience. Serves on the library senior management team and is a
natural communicator and leader, knowledgeable about all aspects of the
library, and adept at inspiring enthusiasm among staff and community
members. Informed and discerning about emerging trends in libraries and
the community, the Head of Adult Services understands that facility with
information technology is essential to educational and career success.
