Full Time Adult Services Librarian - New
Canaan Library seeks an energetic, engaging Adult Services Librarian
who enjoys connecting with Library members and the public in a dynamic
and fast–paced setting. The ideal candidate will have interest and
experience in developing and delivering diverse, relevant, and
vibrant programming as part of a team, as well as providing excellent
reference and technology support to our community. A collaborative,
‘team player’ attitude is a must! New Canaan Library is about to embark
on the construction of a new, modern library building and campus. This
role represents a once-in-a-career opportunity to be part of the NEW New
Canaan Library as we grow. This position is a minimum of 35 hours per
week with some night and weekend hours. It reports to the Manager of
Adult Services and Programming. MLIS required (or within 1 semester of
completion). Starting Salary: $52,300.
