Substitute Library Assistants - Richmond Memorial Library, Marlborough. The Richmond Memorial Library in Marlborough is seeking two substitute library assistants to help cover the circulation desk. Must be flexible, with availability in the late morning/early afternoon hours and on Saturdays. Responsibilities include: checking out materials to patrons, registering new borrowers, helping patrons locate materials, assisting patrons with simple computer issues, shelving returned items, processing new materials, and shelf-reading, in addition to additional tasks that may arise. Computer skills and a four year college degree from an accredited college/university are required. The Richmond Memorial Library prides itself on outstanding customer service and our staff members work together as a team to fulfill the library’s mission and serve our community.
