Bookkeeper – Richmond Memorial Library, Marlborough

Bookkeeper – Richmond Memorial Library, Marlborough. Part time bookkeeper needed for approximately 4 hours every other week. Must be computer literate, have at least 3 years of experience working with both Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Payroll, and have the ability to pay close attention to detail. Responsibilities include processing biweekly payroll, processing accounts payable and receivable, submitting online taxes, and creating financial statistical reports. This position requires accuracy, dependability, confidentiality, and good communication skills. An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred. Starting salary is $20/hr.
