Bookmobile Driver/Library Assistant - West Haven Library

Bookmobile Driver/Library Assistant - West Haven Library seeks a dynamic, self-motivated individual to drive our Bookmobile 15-19 hours/week, including some nights and occasional weekends. Duties include but not limited to; driving materials to daycares, senior centers, city events, and the homebound; selecting materials for patrons; and patron registration; and assist in circulation as needed. Excellent customer service and computer skills are essential. High school diploma or equivalent required, prefer Bachelor’s degree and library experience. MLIS students are encouraged to apply. Bilingual/Spanish a plus. Must have transportation and a clean driving record. Salary is $15/hour.
