Digital Services Librarian - West Haven Library. The West Haven Library in West Haven, CT is seeking a Digital Services Librarian with strong technology skills, a love of cataloging and attention to detail. Duties include but are not limited to; copy and original cataloging in RDA and AACR2, oversee acquisitions of library materials, technology troubleshooting, and manage website and social media for the library system. The winning candidate will manage maintenance of library computers, and perform reference and circulation duties as needed. Must be a team player. Required qualifications are an MLS from an accredited institution, minimum of 1-2 years of library experience, demonstrated technology skills, and a familiarity with cataloging. Experience working with Sierra in a consortium a plus. This is a full-time union position at 37.5 hours a week, with one Saturday a month in rotation and full benefits.
