Librarian IV, Public Services Coordinator - Meriden Public Library. Full Time. The Meriden Public Library
is seeking a strong leader to support the Library Director in
developing and implementing library services for the City of Meriden.
This position involves coordinating and supervising all of the library’s
operations. Enthusiasm and motivation for working with staff and all
segments of the community is essential. The core responsibilities
include managing and evaluating the collections and services provided by
the library, a strong understanding of library technologies and best
practices in supervision of the staff. In addition, the Public
Services Coordinator may represent the Library in collaborative projects
with local and regional partners. Qualifications: Master's Degree in
Library Science from an ALA accredited school with 8 to 10 years of
library and supervisory experience. Some nights and weekends required.
Salary starts at $80,184 with a full benefit package. The City of
