Winter Book Sale Manager - Kent Memorial Library

Winter Book Sale Manager - Kent Memorial Library, Kent, CT seeks a Winter Book Sale Manager to oversee volunteers and materials during the off-season. Responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers to sort and price books, transporting donations from the library to the storage area, overseeing creation of tarps, contacting and supervising student volunteers for infrastructure set-up. Must be dependable, organized and able to recruit and encourage volunteers. Diplomacy a must! Some knowledge of Book Sale operations and supervisory experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry boxes of books weighing up to 25 pounds required. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
