SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT
Connecticut Library Association’s Career Recruitment & Mentoring Committee offers scholarships to CT residents who are enrolled in MLS or LTA degree programs. This year two MLS scholarships in the amount of $1,500.00 and up to two LTA scholarships in the amount of $700.00 will be awarded.
Application forms and guidelines are available on the CLA website (http://www.ctlibraryassociation.org/scholarship.htm). Materials must be submitted by the February 1, 2009 in order to receive consideration. In addition to the monetary award, scholarship recipients receive a CLA membership as well as complimentary registration at the CLA Annual Conference.
