Library Clerk, Children's Dept. - Otis Library, Norwich

Library Clerk, Children's Department - Otis Library, Norwich (www.otislibrarynorwich.org). Energetic individual needed to plan and implement a library lap time program for ages 18-23 months. Circulation services, assisting patrons with print and online resources, shelving books, leading story times as needed with visiting school groups, conducting tours, shelf reading and processing some materials. Computer experience a must, some library experience helpful. Should enjoy working with children. Part time hours: Mondays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Tuesdays and Wednesdays 5:00-8:00 p.m., Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and rotating Fridays and Saturdays according to monthly staff schedules and to fill in as needed.
