Children's Librarian, Part Time - Greenwich Library

Children's Librarian - The Greenwich Library seeks a part-time children's librarian for 12-19 hours per week. Position may include weekday, weeknight and Saturday hours. Under the direction of the Children's Services Librarian, duties may include: providing reference service to children through print and electronic resources; providing readers' advisory to children, parents and teachers; conducting library programs for preschool and school age children. Requirements: excellent customer service skills, a strong background in children's literature and at least two years experience working with children and their adult caregivers. MLS.
