Librarian, Half Time - St. Vincent's College offers associate degrees in allied health and general studies as well as specialized certificate programs in health care careers. Job Description: The Librarian (half time) assists with the administration of the Daniel T. Banks Library's programs, services, and resources to meet the information, educational, and research-related needs of students and college personnel. Responsible for maintaining the College's satellite library (Library Annex) for faculty and staff. Contributes to the College's mission of ensuring students the best possible education. Requirements: Masters in Library Science from an accredited school (American Library Assoc.). Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the use of computers in contemporary library services. 1-3 years experience or an equivalent combination of course work and experience in a collegiate library. Strong organizational abilities, effective inter-personal skills, and strong oral and written communication skills. Salary (12 month) is commensurate with experience. We offer excellent benefits.
