University Librarian - The University of Bridgeport. The University Librarian is a full time position and reports to the Provost of the University, providing leadership relative to the mission, vision and strategic direction of the Library. This position is responsible for outcomes-based planning, development of resources and services, public relations and promotion, personnel, development and management of the budget, administrative reports, and grants initiatives.
