Reference Librarian, Part-Time – C.H. Booth Library, Newtown

Reference Librarian, Part-Time – The C.H. Booth Library in Newtown is seeking a part-time reference librarian for alternate weekends, Sat 9am-5pm & Sun 11am-5pm (Sunday hours Sept-June). Anticipated start date in early September. Duties include: providing reference service, reader’s advisory and computer assistance; instruction in online databases, ebooks/audiobooks, catalog and internet; troubleshooting of library equipment; and other duties as assigned by the Head of Reference. Strong customer service orientation and MLS, or current enrollment in an MLS program, required; Evergreen ILS experience highly desirable.  Salary: $27.00/hr.  Send resume to:  boothref@chboothlibrary.org, no later than Friday, July 28.
