Administrative Assistant - Brainerd Memorial Library
Part-time. 12 hours per week. Salary: $10.00 – 13.50 per hour Type of Position: Pre-professional. Application Deadline: August 17 Job
Qualifications/Description: BA – BS preferred. Seeking a detail
oriented, efficient individual to monitor, organize, order and receive
library and office supplies. Order and receive library materials (books,
DVD’s etc.) from Baker & Taylor and other library vendors. Pick-up
and delivery of mail to Post Office. Sorting and routing of library
mail. Preparation of library invoices for Office Administrator.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Will be required to work on the
Circulation desk at least one Saturday per month and other times as
necessary. Knowledge of III Sierra preferred. Benefits provided: 2
weeks vacation after 1 year, 2% SIMPLE IRA, 2 paid holidays and 2 sick
