Library Bookkeeper, Part Time - Plumb Memorial Library

Library Bookkeeper, Part Time - Plumb Memorial Library, Shelton. 15 hours per week, flexible; detail oriented with a sense of humor; Excel experience a must. B.S. preferred but not required, advance degrees welcome. $19.00 hourly - No benefits. Responsibilities: Financial - Reconcile cash and record income; make deposits; manage checking & other accounts; compile & print reports for Director and library board; prepare invoices, track expenditures, create check requests. Data - Compile and print statistical reports, submit stats to CT State Library. Personnel – Track absences, manage employee paperwork. Customer Service –vendors and member records.
