Part-Time Teen Services Librarian - Canton Public Library. The Town of Canton seeks applicants for the part-time position of Teen Services Librarian. This 16 hour/week position is responsible for overseeing the Library’s Teen programs and collection management. The successful candidate will enjoy and have experience working with tweens and teens (grades 4 and up); have strong knowledge of and enthusiasm about young adult literature and pop culture; be fluent with technology and social media; be able to do outreach and build relationships within the community; and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s Degree with three years experience working with teens or a combination of education/experience is required. MLS or MLS in progress strongly preferred.
