Network Support Specialist - Bibliomation. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Operations contributes to the ongoing operation of the local area network at the central site and telecommunications network supporting libraries. There is regular field work in support of libraries as part of the BiblioTech Program. This position is also expected to provide telephone Help Desk Support for the network's Dynix Horizon System. Experience and Training: Broad knowledge of library services. A general understanding of integrated automated library systems with knowledge of the Dynix Horizon system preferred. Thorough knowledge of the Windows environment. Extensive experience with PC software and hardware. Salary: $40k+.
