Specialist, Records & Information Management and Compliance - Diageo is the world's leading premium drinks business. Supporting the RIMC Director & Manager, this person will develop and implement the RIMC program within Diageo NA to maximize the value of information resources while reducing risk and costs. Working as a member of a small team within the Diageo NA Legal Department providing advice and assistance throughout the company, principally at Norwalk but also covering other company sites/employees. Will also liaise closely with the UK and Ireland records management and archives teams. Existing or developing technical skills and professional knowledge related to information and records management and systems and of the related legal, regulatory and compliance issues are required. Strong IT skills, the ablilty to take on system administration role for specialist document records management systems, e.g. Livelink. (Training will be provided.) Bachelor's degree-level education and seeking to work towards professional masters-level qualification in information & records management, e.g. Certified Records Manager.
